Flat Decks

Above are some examples of our flat deck load bodies. Customers also have the option of adding pole pockets, stack poles, load rack and strap, solid headboard or container locks for their specific application. Sub frame provision can also be made for front or rear mount cranes as seen in some of the images above.

Flat sheet chromadek van bodies

Above are examples of some of the various van bodies we build at Tshimologo. All van bodies come standards with a fuel saver and double rear doors. Single or double side doors can be added if required. Van bodies can also be custom branded or colour sprayed according to customer specification.

Dropsides

Above are examples of some of the various dropsides built at Tshimologo. Dropsides come standard with reflexite tape and mud flaps. grab handle and step. Dropsides can also be colour sprayed or sprayed with rubberising as seen in some of the images and can be fitted with roof racks and canopies according to customer specification.

Tautliners

Tautliners come standard with double rear doors, fuel saver and plain curtains. Curtains are available in various colours that customers can choose from. Customers can also opt for solid a rear as seen in one of the photos. Curtains can be digitally branded according to the customer’s requirements.

Trailers

Various trailers and specialised load bodies perfectly crafted for every need. All built according to customer requirements and can be colour sprayed. From extended tuatliners and custom tippers to Pantech volume body trailers. No job is too great for or teams her at Tshimologo.

GRP Insulated Bodies

Expertly built to meet the customer requiremaents. Insulated bodies come standard with 3CR12 stainless steel floor and double rear doors. Insulated bodies can be fitted with a fridge unit, dependent on what goods are being transported and as per customer requirements. Many optional extras are also available.

Ribbed Chromadek or aluminium van bodies

Aluminium load bodies are lighter than chromadek thereby increasing the payload and they are low maintenance units perfect for coastal conditions. A customised ribbed van with LED marker lamps and interior lights can be built or our new aluminium frame smooth sheet van. We also build a full aluminium ribbed sheet van.

Onsite tail lift fitment

Tshimologo provides onsite fitment of tail lifts to all makes and models of trucks. Some examples of fitted tail lifts include a dropside fitted with a double arm commercial lift.

Roller and stainless steel floors

A stainless steel floor or a 4 track pneumatic roller floor system for more convenient loading of pallets can be built. Domex floor, a high strength lighter steel for increased payload can also be done.
